So, is america using ebs?
I haven't seen any topics reefering to EBS gear, especially amplification. I use an ampeg SVT-400T head combined with EBS neodymium babinet (12) for gigs (sounds pretty good) and i was wondering if it is time to have some EBS amp too... (The ampeg is TOO heavy). Opinions? Should i keep it? should i sell it for an EBS FAFNER? should i throw it away? should i make a gift to a super-lucky ugly man? (who's birthday is next?)
i love ebs
Ebs is very nice, but damn pricey.
(cough cough) my birthdays in april!!!....he he....
mines in March, and oh yeah- I have 4 EBS pedals- love em'!!
You mean that Ampeg is cheaper than ebs in the States? Ithink that for their quality, ebs amplifiers and cabinets are reasonably priced. I love ebs pedals too, but these are REALLY expensive...
Bassdeamon, i wouldn' t sell my ampeg, but i would gladly exchange it for something lighter...
Yeah, I know the feeling. My rack weighs in at about 100-120lbs, no sh!t!!!! My 4 pro head weighs like 40lbs all on its own I think. At least thats what it feels like. I'm just a gear whore, I'd love to stockpile some ampeg stuff! ![]()
Hey bro, yeah I like EBS gear, its just so friggin hard to get a hold of in the states. There is only ONE single place in the entire Denver/Colorado Springs/Pueblo area (a lot of area!!) that carries EBS and he's pretty pricey. I do like their stuff though. As far as getting rid of your Ampeg, I am a gear whore, how much do you want for it?
My wife is gonna kill me though!!!
