I just realized in my latest posts I'v been acting like a real asshat... I guess It comes with the age, I cannot abide for it noless. I need to get my mind straight on a few things... Anyways, I wanted to apologize to Unc Fat about the way I behaved during that Signature basses thread (talk about slow responce!), and well, to all the others too.

I wont be posting much opinion stuff until I have my mind set straight on a few bass matters... Keep this place cool as it is folks.

Hmm... Also, sorry if I tend to write things from a too personalistic POV, but I only feel confident speaking of which I know, ergo that way of writing.

Thanks, Doc!

Your apology is appreciated and definitely accepted. That kind of introspection isn't easy. You obviously know a thing or three about the bass and your contributions here are definitely valued. It's easy to let things turn into a shouting match and to belittle others to prove your point. It's all over the place and the anonymity of forums makes it especially prevalent. I don't think this place should be about that. UBP should be a place where all uglies feel welcome and comfortable. I'm really glad you are thinking about this, Doc. This place has gotten a little weird lately and we need to bring back the level of ugliness that this place is really about...
