She's got great curves... and a DEEEP purr...
Hey y'all.. I know it ain't the porn you're used to, but please welcome the newest member of my family:

2003 Triumph Speedmaster. Happy mid-life crisis to me!
Aw sweet.
I started learning how to ride one of those things last december - They're fun!
I'll build an electric one, though :D
Enjoy your midlife crysis!
Thats badazz Unc.
My mid-crisis get-over is a '99 Yamaha RoadStar.
I guess I'll have ta dig up some porn of it now.
Had a '71 T120 back when I was 21.
And an old BSA before that.
Great ta see another two-wheeled ugly.
Keep the rubber down.
LowDown:cool:
That's so sweet.
I'm not allowed to have motorcycles anymore... :(

Me too :(
Nice British cycle you got there Unc
I am also a two wheeled Ugly. Although I've been off for a while. When my little girl was born I sold my bike to pay for her adoption and haven't ridden since. I got an old beater in the garage I tinker with now and again and one day I'll ride again.
H
That is seriously cool.
My dad, when I was growing up, was against motorcycles. He was the NCOIC of the legal office on base, and got to read the police blotter of all the airmen who effed themselves up on the things. So, I never got to learn to ride:(
Funny thing is, I could have as many guns as I wanted though:confused:
Maybe one day...

That's because a motorcycle kills you; a gun kills someone else.
To UF; that's pretty badass. Where does the wife sit?
. Where does the wife sit?
At home.
At home.
Duh, Dum, Dum, Splash
Thank you, Thank you. Uncle Fat will be here through Fri. Don't forget to tip your waiters and waitresses :D
Here is the last one I had.

I put a lot of hours into that one as well as some skin. I wrecked it before I rebuilt it. :D
H
H, thats a nice one.
As for the crashin' part, ya gotta remember, they're called CRUISERS.
Not racers.
Also ya gotta think every person in a cage is an IDIOT.
Ride safe, play bass.
LowDown:cool:
Very nice bike. Our twanger rides a Triumph, he really likes it alot.:)

I said, how could I call it a freedom machine if you're on back?
Didn't keep the sportster, but if I could find a Triumph Tiger........

neato.

rock.
DDD
but if I could find a Triumph Tiger........
I'll assume you're talking about the classic tiger:

And not the newer bike with the same name:

Awesome, more two-wheelin' uglies!
I've been itching BIGTIME to bring my bike out of winter storage, but it seems like there's always something going on during the nice weather weekends or when I've got nothing else to do it's pouring down rain.
I'll have to get some porn of my bike up here once I bring it out and wash it up all nice. 06 Suzuki SV650S. Naked frame bikes rawk. Didn't ride much last year due mostly in part to not having anyone to ride with anymore because everyone had moved away or gotten new jobs with vastly different schedules. But I'm psyched because tonight I went down with my buddy to the place I bought mine from because he's interested in getting a bike. Dude's probably going to be picking up an 09 Yamaha R6-S. Yeah...this is me...jealous. But I'm still stoked that I'll have someone to go ridin' with again. :D
Well, I told you guys I'd get a pic of my scoot up here. And here she is:
I'm jealous of you all... I love to ride but my old lady refuses to let me pick one up now that we have a kid. damn it. damn it.
Truth be told, I'm just learning to ride. Talking the wife into it was like moving a mountain, but hell... the trip to Oz was hers...this is mine (and her trip cost a hell of a lot more than my bike). I took the local MSF type course (Team Oregon) and got my endorsement. Now it's just a matter of becoming comfortable on 2 wheels and not dying... The few times I've gotten to ride it (the weather has been... well... Oregon in the spring) have been a blast. Any advice you seasoned 2-wheeled ugs can cough up would be appreciated.
Rubber side down.
Rubber side down.
ah what joy it is to hear such pointed wisdom!!
Rubber side down.
So far, so good.
Always wear a helmet, gloves and boots.
Eye protection, and leather- makes for bada$$ look.
When you're comin' up on someone who could potentially pull out in front of you try to make eye contact with them. Try to make them acknowledge you're there.
Always look for an escape route- have an out in case the inevitable happens.
When someone pulls out in front of you, just let it go. Don't hunt them down and try to, ahem, educate them. Remember, they're in a car, you're on a bike, if you push the issue they're gonna win.
This one should have went on top of the list----------DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, DRINK AND DRIVE!!!!!
You need every one of your faculties to survive out there- don't hedge the odds against yourself. For the first year, I wouldn't even think about a beer mid-ride.
We need every bit of luck, intuition, common sense, good looks, mojo, magic and voodoo to be able to make it back to the barn at the end of the day.
Always think a couple of steps ahead of the game. You'll be fine.
Most of all, have fun out there.
If you ever get around Bend and La Pine area, PM me, I've got a bro that owns a shop up there. If you look him up he'll take care of ya.
Ride safe, play bafe. hehe:D

I'll throw a suggestion to read The Healing Road.
Neil Peart and motorcycling. A decent book and educational about the riding experience, among other things.

I love to ride. (Hell, I have the Easy Riders logo tatooed on my forearm!) but that is one of the reasons I haven't made the effort to get mine back on the road. It's not just about me anymore. I got a kid that counts on me. I've been down and it wasn't too bad, but I don't like my chances sliding down the road a second time. I'll ride again someday but probably not in the near future.
Nice scoots fellas.
H
Sweet bike.
I just put a new back tire, brakes and oil change on my 91 Hondat St1100 sport touring bike...
Was out riding tonight......
Cycle riding is my stress reliver....
Rawk on.,........Paul

I hear ya on the stress relief.
It takes me 5 minutes to get to work on Ol' Red, and at least 35 to get home.
Plus its something me and the kid can do to spend some quality time together.
Saturday rides to distant music stores and lunch keep us on the same level.

bikes are where its at for me. If I had more garage space I'd probably get me a triumph....however I'm kinda packed right now, two hondas and an old airhead BMW. I picked up the VFR last year....promising to get rid of the BMW.....however havent been any takers so far. (guess it would help if I advertised it). ;)
Ride safe, buy some qualtiy riding gear and wear it! There are some real good Motorcycle safety programs out there, I'd suggest checking out an Experienced Rider Course run by an MSF accredited program. Don't bother with the begginers or intermediate courses unless you have zero bike skills at all.
If you have at least 4 or 5 months riding under your belt you should be able to handle the ERC.
Jeff

 Woah! That is beautiful!!
