I'm very sorry to hear this WLE.
Any chance of picking up a different instrument?

At the moment I don't see it happening. I'm still keeping one of my basses, and combo to tinker with from time to time. Who knows, after they do surgery on my wrist I may be able to use playing as a rehab thing to build my wrist back up. Or hell, I may even be able to have full use of it again one day. If I can't play bass then I figure I'm pretty much done with playing all together. I'm not too sad about it though seeing how I can still enjoy music from just listening to it.
what the?!?! pm me some details as to what the hell is going on with you. so sad to hear you're not feeling well...
hang in there
I'm thinkin you'll be back

Keeping my fingers crossed!!!
Dave Mustaine (twanger for Megadeth) recovered from nerve surgery on his wrist and he's a shredder. I think you'll be able to come back from this.
Get the surgery and look up some wrist rehab exercises before you go selling the farm. We're always happy to buy new gear, but make sure that you won't actually use it anymore before you sell it.
Best of luck
