New Amp day
After getting some serious GAS from the MarkBass combo, I made the choice to get a lightweight bass amp to replace my Line6 X3 Live - Power Amp - Ampeg 4x10 rig. Thanks to a recommend from NWBasser (thanks!), I checked out the Genz Benz Shuttle 6.0. I was blown away.

The local store had some in stock for a while and made me a great deal - $600!
I plan on using the amp not just for bass, but for my acsoutic gigs as well. The shocker was how great an acoustic guitar sounds through the amp. I was thinking I would have ot use the effects return for that use.
Loud, light, and great tone. This one is a winner. thanks again NWBasser!!
Congrats and enjoy it Darth!
Now, I've got to try the acoustic through it.
I'm still really amped about the tone of this little box.
sweet snag bro
oooohhhhh yummmy.... me likey. What cabs are you playin' that through, Taco?
At home, I'm just running it through a Peavey monitor PV 12M. But wednesday is it's first time out at rehearsal, with an Ameg SVT410HLE (heavy SOB).
Ohh, most def interested in THAT tone report.

Get a small efficient epiphany or schroeder cab and your bass will be the heaviest thing you carry into the gig!
