Austin IRS Plane Crash
Has anyone seen the news about the plane crashing into the IRS offices in Austin, Texas?
Apparently an Austin bass player and software engineer decided he'd had enough of the IRS's bullsh1t and flew his single-engine Piper Cherokee into an office building housing IRS offices.
His name was Joe Stack and he played bass in the Austin alt-country band, The Billy Eli Band.
Its a sad day in UglyVille when a fellow bassist has to take such drastic action so if you can, say a prayer for the victims and his family and friends.
This was reported on MSNBC.com.

Thorn, good to hear from ya.
The guy had lost his retirement and savings to the IRS so yea, he wasn't in his right mind.
How's the R.A. doin' these days?
Hope all is well...

( I just had about a 10 day remission and was so ecstatic only to wake up with the LUPUS highly activated on day 11 and ever since, but I do not have the joint pain in my hands when the Lupus is active so I am still able to play....
The Lupus is way scarier though..My kidneys are involved this time and that is not too good...
Thanks for asking LDD...
your thornatude will overcome anything!
You are a great friend to remind of that...I need to start back into that attitude that got me this far....It's kinda like pin the tail on the donkey without the blindfold for me right now, but I am slowly finding my
ZONE
again!
Is this place this slow all the time lately? I think you all missed me really bad...Not enough posts per day...HAHAHAHA
(play nice...mamma's home)
I didn't know he was an ugly. That was a sad thing to happen.
I understand his frustration with the IRS, but I also somewhat doubt that they were entirely responsible for his misfortunes.

I was watching that on the news this morning..I couldn't believe it! In my opinion someone has to be insane to do this...No way his mind was right! It is as you said, very sad for the victims....Prayers on the way!
